Ages 12 and up           8:00 AM to 5 PM  (Lunch @ 12)

Campers (ages 12 & up) will be grouped by position and age group; grade school, middle school and high school.

Things to Bring:            Shorts, T-Shirt, Cleats, No Pads are needed, please bring sack lunch each day.

Terms My child has my permission to attend the 2009 Category 5 Sports Football Camp. I certify that my child is in good health and capable of participating in all activities. Further, by signing below, I agree to assume the risks associated with participating in the school and release Category 5 Sports, the program director and staff, from all liability except for acts of gross negligence.
